The Argentina-born Italian national remarked that there was a time when the Premier League was host to the best football played around the world, but not anymore.

the Serie A is not the best league in the world, with many considering it to have relegated to being the fourth best league in the world.

Despite his criticism of the English Premier League, Osvaldo went on to state that the player that the stance employed by the English FA on hooliganism is the way to go. The English FA went very hard on the hooligan culture that had
developed, and now it seems to have subsided.
