Other Car Power Sources?

I want to know if there are any other power sources besides the car battery. I want to be able to put neon, subs, or anything other things i want onto my car. I know its not good to have all those things coming from the battery. Anyone know anything i could use?

  1. The REAL power source is the alternator (engine running) or battery (engine off).

    BOTH are connected which means that IS the only power source.


  2. your battery powers everything... if your looking for shortcuts, its just not safe, do the work, and fish the wire to your battery and set up a distibution block (Fused of corse)
