Other cannot hear me on my microphone,but i can hear them?

Other cannot hear me on my microphone,but i can hear them?

may be your mic is broken or you lowered you mic voice it may be from the OS you are using or from the program you're using

Have you connected your microphone to the right jack on your computer it usualy as the sign of a microphone at the side of it.

There are usually three jacks on the computer one for the headphones, one fror the mike and line out.

The same thing is happening to me right now.

Im not sure if its my mic or the computer.

But usually if i play around with it, like twist the mic around in the jack or plug it and unplug it...then it will work.

Have you checked to make sure your microphone isn't muted?

Double click on the speaker down by your time.  This will bring up the "master volume control".  Make sure the mute button isn't selected.

If the mic is part of a headset, then also check under Options | Properties.  Click on Other, choose Headset (make sure microphone is checked), click on OK and make sure it is selected here.
