Other games with pinochle cards?

When my sister and i went to the store, we meant to buy cards, but we accidentally picked up three decks of pinochle cards without noticing. We dont want the cards to just be a waste, so does anyone know any card games that are played with those cards?

Poker gets REAL INTERESTED played with pinochle cards, lots of full houses, 4-of-a-kinds, and 5-of-a-kinds.
