Mate, my records show that Alan Shortall is now the 3rd to do so. Chris Bettiol did it in 1974 in a game Parramatta vs Canterbury at Cumberland oval and Mick Lewis did itin 1986 in a game Penrith vs Canberra at Penrith Park.

I don't think any I think players on the first debut are nervous enough and they would be focused on trying to play the game right.
