My answer might surprise you But Tony Stewart is very quick to get his checkbook out for causes especially Victory Junction His race at Eldora is a prime example

  1. Greg Biffle does alot for SPCA...He and his girlfriend have boxers!!!

  2. I think it's Tony he wants to be the rough tough one but deep down he's got a heart of gold!!!

  3. The one I know the most about is Tony, too. It seems like he's always giving or doing something.

But I will say Elliott Sadler found his way into my heart because his charity is for autism, (my boy has that, too.)

And I never knew Elliott's foundation was for that until Tom G provided a link on a question I asked.

And therefor I have officially become a fan!

  4. Tony Stewart does do a lot for charity, but he doesn't get his checkbook out for the Prelude to the Dream.  He just host the evernt.  We the viewers who pay the pay per view fee are the ones giving to VJGC that night.  $800,000 last year.  Jeff Gordon and Tony Stewart are the most charitable outside of Kyle Petty.

  5. Jeff Gordon and Tony Stewart.

  6. I would have to say Tony Stewart too. He gives not only money but also so much of his time to charities. Your answer does not surprise me at all!

  7. I don't know but Jimmie Johnson was very charitable to give a million dollars to the people in California last year to help fight wild fires. That was pretty manly of the guy. He earned a lot of my respect by doing that.

Not only that but a few other people matched and even added more along with what he gave so it triggered a very generous amount of money that was given.

Thumbs up to Jimmie for that.

  8. Most drivers donate a lot to charities so it is hard to pick one, but I will say Jeff Gordon because of his numerous contributions to help kids including the children's hospital he paid for.

  9. Based on all I've seen and heard about, I'd agree on Tony Stewart.  But nearly every NASCAR driver does something.

  10. Dale Jr. makes donations to the g*y & L*****n movement of America. I heard he donates more than his "time"

  11. Jeff Gordon, through his Jeff Gordon Foundation, and he's also only the 2nd person ever to grant 200 Wishes for the Make A Wish Foundation

  12. Tony, Elliott, Biffle, Dale JR, J Johnson, .....so many to count as as for their  individual charities you can go to their individual website and check it out..good question, thanks

  13. dale sr. was probably the first real big contributor i ever heard about. he was big on helping a childrens hospital in taladega that he kept very quiet about. now i agree with most people that kyle. smoke and jeff gordon seem to be at the top of the heap in actual contributions instead of just fund raisers.

  14. Tony

    Elliot

    Jimmie J

    Jeff G

These all have very good charity/foundations helping children,or special needs.

  15. It's gotta be Carl Edwards or one of the class acts like him.

  16. Elliott Sadler

    Kyle Petty

  17. You're right I think Tony must be the second supporter of charities in the NASCAR world. Though every driver does do what they can with their own foundations.

  18. its definately tony stewart...... he loves helping kids hes all about children charitys and helping people in general despite his attitude on the track.

I remember hearing dave moody(from MRN on sirius speedway) talk for 20 minutes on how tony stewart is the most charitable of all the drivers... because he does charity and helps people without wanting recogition.... whenever hes spotted helping kids by a fan or someone associated with nascar or the press he tells them,  "DONT TELL ANYBODY, that's not what this is about..." he truly loves to give back and doesnt care about the praise like jeff gordons or jimmie johnsons of the world.

  19. Elliott Sadler has an auction, it seems like every other week. Last it was the helmet and now you can buy the hood at www.sadlerfoundation.com.

  20. i guess tony stewart

  21. I think it is Kurt Busch

  22. All of them give their heart and souls to charity, In my opinion Tony(despite his antics sometimes on the track) has a heart bigger than this universe.
