  1. what s wrong changing the pray calls to Turkish? Sorry but, we are turkish and we speak turkish and there is no such thing that religion can be practiced in only one language.

    gavur uzaya çıktı, sen hala...

  2. your stand of information is a bit antique my friend that was over half a century ago, that adhan was song in Turkish. The Turkish state now is busy with purging its everlasting gladio-fascist-establishment.

    A change for better! uh!

  3. Gee in charge again. Donno about Adhan but we have a singer called Adnan Şenses and he's always sung in Turkish. About bidet, no we Turks dont use bidets, we have our tahret musluğu instead (anyone know the translation of taharet musluğu, write it down over here)

Gee@Gee. Now be a good girl and spam in somewhere else

  4. The reason why the azan and the Quran are in Arabic is that Arabic was the language of the people where they were revealed and that made it easy for them to understand. So, Arabic is not the language of God or a sacred language. If it were,  the Torah and the Gospel would have been sent in Arabic, not in Hebrew or Aramaic. It is all about the language of the people practice the religion. Therefore, considering there is only one language that a believer can practice the religion of God in could be a bidah.

Moreover, Turkish is the language of the Turks so it is just natural to translate them into Turkish. Although the literary aesthetic cannot be translated, the literal meaning can be translated in many different ways.

  5. We speak Turkish not Arabic, so we don't understand half of what you're talking about.

    Bidah to you too.

  6. Nobody cares. Get over it.

  7. I could give a more proper answer if you wrote in English instead of Arabic in Latin alphabet.

I guess you mean ezan by adhan.

And I have no idea what a bidah is. The only bide I know exists in bathrooms and is an European invention that is used instead of the taharet taps that exist in Turkish toilet bowls.

    I hope I have helped.

Edit: Oh, Gwen says bide means innovation. And the answer is yes, we use innovations like the wheel. I guess you are using an abacus while I am writing this answer on a computer.

PS. No, the world isnot flat.

  8. LOL@Stewie!!!

    So apparently:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bid‘ah

What other type of "innovation" does the Turkish state promote????  Hopefully lots of other types!!!!

  9. What's adhan and what's bid'ah? (Hö?)

    Who caaaaaaares.

  10. Hip-hop, graffiti and baggies...
