Other than online, Where can I get a Laker hoodie or jersey?

I'm a big Laker fan, but I'm from Pittsburgh, PA and it's no Laker land over here haha.

That's a toughie chances are your going to have to go to specialty sports store that carries lakers gear. Or you can ask your local sports shop if they can get some lakers gear for you. Other than that i'm not sure what else besides the internet you can do.

I would go to places outside of Pitt, like Philly or other big cities, try going to malls, with foot lockers and finish lines. or champs sports. or call and order a catalogue for NBA shops. They have basically any thing. Or try some sports collectible stores. The mall in my town has a sports collectible stor and i seen a jersey for every NFL team and big colleges and i did see tons of basketball jerseys. Or you might want to go to gabriel vbrothers, b/c they have some cheap jerseys for like 13 bucks, even though they dont have any front text to them (doesnt say team name or number on front, but players name is on back with number), but you should know the team colors.
