I was going to say Neurosurgeon, but other than surgeon, Dermatologists make good money I believe. Any kind of specialist does.

ObGyns make good money. anesthesiologists make good money.

And its not a physician but pharmacists get paid BANK.

Doctors that work with prostetics (fake limbs). They have customers for life. Since people are always growing and needing to replace their fake limbs and they never technically get "better" they make the most money.
