  1. No, and every bottle you drink from goes into a landfill.  Buy a fridge with a filter or a Brita for your sink and stop buying bottled water, please!

  2. Absolutely not. Tap water only tastes weird because of the plumbing. The water probably runs through a copper pipe, gives you a metal flavor. In actuality, they equal in cleanliness.

Above is me assuming your "Natural spring water"  is from bottled water.

If your tap water comes from spring water, it is the same way as from a public water system.

  3. Natural Spring Water is filtered way better than your town or city's tap water so yes natural spring water is healthier than tap. (not by much but it still is cleaner and better for you)

  4. Yes there are several. Tap water can attain exposure to several heavy metals and natural toxins, such as the lead found in the soldering of pipes in old plumbing, natural mercury etc. . There is the additional risk of radon(an alpha emitter, very bad) and other chemicals from a well, and potentially dangerous chlorine levels in town water.  The primary risk from these is brain damage or kidney damage.

Also, several of the sources are unknown, and are just groundwater which is often unclean because the source is so near the surface. If the water is filtered than all salinity and additional nutrient benefits are removed, and this can be harmful.

Ensure it actually is spring water though, as the nutrient levels are maintained. Not all bottled water is spring water, and some is over-filtered to the point where all salinity is removed, and this can cause cellular damage from pressure etc.

If you are drinking spring water be sure to recycle though.
