Other than throwing into trash, what can I do with the ashes from my Weber grill?

I grill a couple of times a week and get about a gallon per week.

Ashes can actually enhace poor soil lacking in potasium (potash). Some organic growers add ash or charcoal to improve soil.

Put in you garden and mix with the soil.
