Other then defeating Hillary Clinton what has Obama accomplished?

I think Obama's most significant accomplishment is beating Hillary in the primary; I give him great credit for that. Now what legislation has he written and gotten passed in his 4 years in the Senate? What has he accomplished that would make anyone want to support him? What is on his resume that allows him to claim he's ready for the white house?
