Ottawa and private smoking club?

Whats the deal with the smoking bylaws, why wont they let people have a private smoking club

It's been suggested.  Really, it has.  However the

'anti-smokers' lobby groups thought people would

abuse it.  Of course, we're all lawless Citizens.

Some clubs will still let you.  But they don't advertise.

We still have to go outside, but I agree with you.

It doesn't matter how much you spend, or the taxes you put in to the system.

The Upside of it is, I'ts June! Luckily for us, we can go outside.   Just enjoy it.  Go out near the water.. The Dow's Lake Pavillion Or a club on The Market - They're not keeping you 9 feet

away down there, and it's fun! :)
