Ouch!!! BEATING Headache and other aches and pains!!!?

Hi,

im going away with my friend to camp 2 marrow and dont want my parents to say i cant go, i have a sore throat a stuffy nose a headache stiff neck and back pain. any suggestions help, the most annoying are the headache and the back pain.

Take some pain reliever (advil always works best for me), Drink plenty of fluid water and orange juice and get a lot of rest. If your still ill before you go maybe you shouldn't go because camping there's no hospitals or doctors close (usually) and make sure you get some medicine to take with you (Therma-flu worked great when i had those symptoms) Good luck hun and feel better!
