Hi Lishy,

Surface piercings (like those) are some of the more painful piercings, but they're far from unbearable. the problem is they're almost impossible to heal. So even after going through all that pain, they have to remove them within a couple months.

Yes, surface piercings hurt, a lot.  Those will probably migrate out because surface piercings have a tendency to do so.  Microdermals are the way to go if you want piercings that look like that.
