my friend katie and her family used one in her house once....she asked who was there and it responded with "katie" and then she asked why are you here and it said "to be with your grandfather" and then she asked who was sitting at the table with her and she responded with everybody's name that was there. so finally she asked where "katie" was at and she said "right next to you" and ever since they haven't used the board.

Once a long time back, I had three Miscarriages in a row. One day my cousin bought a Quija Board and asked her brother and my sister  as well as me to play, we got no answers on any questions until I asked if I would ever have a baby? The Board marked out the letters to say "baby boy fine".  16 months later I had a healthy baby boy who is 36 now.

I won't use one because in my opinion it opens up the door to welcome dark spirits in.  I have enough problems without inviting them into my house or life.

I have never used one myself, but my ex and his friends use to play with them and was also into the book of demonology. 1 of our friends used the ouija board off and on for about a month.

When he first started, he looked like a healthy, 25 yr. old man, intellegent, great job, responsible, etc.. By the end of the month he looked like a 40 yr. old man that had not eaten or slept much in a year; he also had lost his job.  He said that 'if' he slept, he was awaken by hearing someone talk ''in his ears'' (not in his head), feeling as if he had fallen asleep in a deep freezer, and he often woke up with scratches on his body in various places.  HONEST TO GOD!!!  

While using the board, he had asked to speak to someone he knew (the person was not a nice person), he used candles (red and black instead of white; keeps area protected ) while doing this and later he was told that he not only opened a door for his friend to 'walk' through, but for any other spirit and that an evil spirit had came through.   Since he did not use a spell to 'protect himself or close the door', the spirit attached itself to him and apparently enjoyed torturing him.

After several months of trying to get rid of the spirit, he finally consulted someone who actually told him what to do and how to get rid of the spirit.  By the time he was able to close the door, he looked and sounded like a complete psycho, but he wasn't.

You may not believe this, but ouija boards are not just a game and can be very bad if they are misused.   Sorry if this sounds nuts, or if I sound crazy, but if you check into the boards and the ''legends'', you might just find out that they are not exactly legends after all.
