Ouija board experiences?

Okay, don't get me wrong, I AM NOT AND WILL NOT USE IT...EVER.

I'm just curious...for all you who have played, what happened?

Please give me your story, not just like.....o yeah I played...or...omg it opens the gates to h**l dont do it!!! Because I'm not doing it....so....don't bother answering if you're gonna be annoying like that....

Anyways, when explainign your experience, please be detailed??

i was at a party......................... and i think someone was moving it.. but it said we contacted adolph hitler. he told us to go away and all the lights shut off. thats the only part none of us really understood.

A band called The Mars Volta bought some ouiji board in south america called the soothsayer, they said they kept having horrible luck afterward.. wrote based their recent album about it.

My Aunt used to be really into the Ouija board and one creepy experience was a few years ago... we were playing and it wasn't working so we called my Aunt and told her to ask a question for us. We put the phone to the "eye" piece and it started spelling out sentences. We were sitting right there and couldn't hear anything she was saying. We asked what she asked afterwords and it fit perfectly with what was spelled out. That was pretty spooky!

Oh and after we let go of the piece it kept moving on it's own, and quickly went right towards this girl that was sitting next to the board. That was also creepy.

No personal experiences but my aunty used to use one, and she's fine. But i know that doing it is sometimes bad, and sometimes not.

I used a Ouija board years ago and nothing happened.  Nothing happened when some of my friends played the Ouija board.  I actually found the whole experience incredibly boring.  Scrabble is much more fun, more interesting, and more exciting.  

The ouija board is just a game that you can buy in most toy stores and department stores, an ordinary piece of wood or plastic or cardboard.  It is meant for two or more players so it will not work very well if you try to use it alone.  It has no supernatural powers.  It does not communicate with the dead and it does not contact spirits.  It does not open any portals to the underworld or to anywhere else.  The people using the ouija board make it work through ideomotor movement.  It plays on your mind and imagination and your susceptibilities and beliefs and fears.  It can be scary because the imagination is a powerful thing, and can make you believe just about anything.  Here are a couple of links that discuss ouija boards and how to use them.

i played a couple times w/ my friend...behind my parents back of course...i was curious! hmm anyways...one time we askedd it if it could scare my friends dog & it did. Another time we were playing...and my friend started going crazy lol she threw the board against the wall ...idk if she was just faking it or w.e but yea & the freaky part was it was like 2 am and it was at a sleepover...i think she faked that tho...hehe

..its weird... i think its just your mind playing tricks on you.

i did it a couple times, just for fun - even though its against my religion. but anyways i asked this dead guy if he thought i was hot (lmao) and he said yes !!!!! but then a couple months later i found out the guy i was sitting next to moved it. What a loser. haha (:

I was playing with my boyfriend and his step brother, but his mom decided to sit out. After a while, we finally were speaking to someone and we asked what it name was. He kept saying A C, A C. So, we assumed they were initials and asked it what he wanted and it kept pointing to the sun. We asked if it wanted to talked to his son and it said yes. We asked what it's son's name was and it said Rob. The weird thing is my boyfriend's papaw, Audley Cox, died earlier that year and his dad's name was Robert. Well his mom was really aprihensive about what was going on so she told us to ask what his brother's name who drowned at the age of 16 was. It said DC and his brother's name was Diesil. No one in that room knew about him except his mom who wasn't playing. After that, we couldn't keep contact with him any more.

i want one but i dont have one. But i read a magazine article about these 3 girls who did use one and it was like really creepy. What happened was that it was night time and they started playing with it. well the thing  spelled out the word SWING and all of a sudden the swing outside the girls window started to swing and if i remember correctly, there wasn't any wind... thats all i know though

yes i've played it a few times and it definitely works. At first i didnt believe it so me and my friends set everything up and were joking around when all of a sudden the piece started moving to "yes there is a spirit present" we all freak out. It said that it was my grandpa and i asked for a name and it spelled out his name. Then only the lights in the room we were in flickered on and off like four times. I asked if he did that and it moved to yes. Whenever the piece moves, u can tell that noone's moving it, it's like magnetic. Even though i've played after, i dont recommend it and it doesnt bring any good doing it.
