Ouija boards real or fake?

I used a ouija board a few times a long time ago, and nothing happened.  The ouija board is just a game that you can buy in most toy stores and department stores, a ordinary piece of wood or plastic or cardboard.  It has no supernatural powers.  The people using it make it work.  It plays on your mind and your susceptibilities and beliefs and fears.  It can be scary because the mind is a powerful thing, and can make you believe anything.  Here are a couple of links that discuss ouija boards.

The boards themselves are real.  Also, sometimes the answers are real too, such as if you and a friend are asking the board who you like.  This is because even though you may not be consciously doing it, subconsciously you are moving your hands to get the answer you know is true.

I'm not sure but it felt really authentic to me. We made it out of paper for the letters and numbers and used a glass as the pointer.  Sometimes we'd ask a question and the glass seemed like it was running away and our fingertips were barely touching.  All I know is I never did it again, because it was so Scarey.  It told me who I was going to marry and I did.  I  wasn't even dating  him or thinking about it at the time.  On the other hand, it told me when my sister would die..and luckily that was many, many years ago and she's alive and well today, however, that is about the time she changed as a person!!!!  It could be your subconscious pushing the thing, but it's very very scarey and I do not recommend doing it...It's creepy!!!!!
