ok one of my friends wen to a birthday and they used a ouija board and so now how do they like " repent" kinda i cant really hink of the exact words bu like ask forgiveness?? will God hate them? and do bad thing really happen and what exactly happens when you use one?

Some people think the board game is exactly what it is, a board game. And its not just about the devil or for evil uses.

The game is known to be a way to talk to spirits or ghost amongst the living. People usually think its phony because a group of people put their hands on a piece thats suppose to move around when you command a ghost to talk. Some people think its a person who pushes it not a spirit. But some play and believe its a spirit who is speaking.

Either way, people are forgiven for their sins. As a part of most religious Jesus is forgiving so there for he forgives for our sins. Repenting our sins is a way for the religious to speak and ask for forgiveness from God, Jesus, or some higher deity.

We have no right to condemn people, only God has the power to choose who goes to heaven, and since there is forgiveness most so believe they get into heaven.

Your friend isn&#039;t doing anything horrible, he didn&#039;t kill a person or steal, I&#039;m a catholic and i have also played the oujia board and i attend church and keep faith as well as attend to asking for forgiveness of sins i try not to commit.

In all its just a board game, i wouldn&#039;t worry about forgivenesses and such.

Some Christians frown on playing with Ouija boards claiming they are inspired by the devil.  God has more important things to deal with than hating people who play silly board games.

It&#039;s not a matter of whether you use a ouija board or not, but rather, whether you actually put faith in them, or see them as a &quot;fortune teller&quot; or prognosticator or not.  When  you do the latter two things, what that tells God is that you are placing something above Him, and I believe He specifically spoke to the &quot;incorrectness&quot; or sinfulness in doing so.  &quot;What exactly happens&quot; when you use one.  Beats me.  My older sister used one back in our adolescence, and her life&#039;s been a mess ever since.  I used it with her but more as an annoyed brother who had no choice but to put up with my sister.  My life hasn&#039;t been any joy trip either, but, right now, I feel I&#039;m doing a whole lot better than her.  But, is that because she put more faith in the ouija board than I?  Beats me.  Only God knows.  Do &quot;bad things really happen&quot; from using the ouija board.   Beats me.  My thought is that if you use a ouija board for more than a party game, and you put any faith in it, you&#039;re stupid enough to have anything happen.   Enjoy it as a  game and nothing more, and you&#039;ll be keeping things in the proper perspective.  God Bless you.

Just keep it in proper perspective.  It&#039;s a game.  That&#039;s all.  You can make the same mistake over a marble game.  It&#039;s a game, or some people think it tells more about you.  Keep your wits about you, and you&#039;ll be okay.  And I always find it good to keep in touch with God through prayer.  You might want to tell Him that you don&#039;t mean anything by playing the ouija board, and He&#039;ll probably smile back to you and say, &quot;I know, honey&quot;, and go on.  If you develop more of an ethereal motive behind using the ouija board, He might not smile so readily.  Again, God Bless you.

I think that if they knew it was wrong, but still did it than not only are they sinning, but definitely. If you ask for forgiveness from the heart and truly truly mean it than God will forgive you, but if you don&#039;t really mean it than there is no point. Also you can not ask for forgiveness for your friends and you can not tell them to ask for forgiveness.

ill tell you my pops experince.

my nan was using the ouigi board.when my pop was in bed.

the bed started to bang back onto the wall.the coboard started to move and under the house was banging up.

this was the only room that was moving.the room was conected to the kitchen where they were playing.my pop was yelling out to my nan but knowone could hear my pop. and can anyone tell me why things have been moving around in my house.i locked a door and when i came back it was open.

yesterday i could hear keys rateling.and when i was in the barthroom down stairs i could hear people upstairs?
