Ouiji Boards?

Have you ever used an ouiji board? Do you believe in their power?

I used one once, about 35 years ago.   I don't believe in their power, but I do believe they can be scary.  They play on the emotions and susceptibility and gullibility and fear of the users.  It is the players themselves that make them work.  A ouija board is a game - you can buy it at Toys R Us, after all.

yes it's real my mom told me when she was a kid she played it and she said she saw a big red demon with horn s go in her and her firends had to wash her in a tub withn holy water

I never used it, but i do believe in their power. if you use it, your disturbing the spirits, not letting them Rest In Peace. Though it would be good to ask questions about your future.

I don't think they work, if you have ever seen Derren Brown's TV shows, you might have seen him explain that things such as Ouiji boards are not controlled by spirits, but of people's subconscience. You don't realise you're moving the glass with your finger because you just want to see it go to the letters you want.

i used it once, didnt work but lol we werent serious, but i heard stories where they really do work,   be careful though, cuz it can have like bad spirits n c**p

Its bad news to do this.  The Ouija board you buy from stores are set up wrong anyway so that is pretty safe.  If you create one the right way ,... watch out you might inadvertantly invite a spirit you might not want with you.  Its a folk tale until it happens to you.

yes but my friend was cheating with it. didn't help that i lived across from a cemetery either, but if you make one on your on , who knows what might happen. my roommate has a cheap one from milton bradley so it probably wouldn't do anything

I've used one when I was younger-ya know at slumber parties and stuff- I remember it actually sort of working. Now I'm 24 and I'm more scared now to try one!!!

Me friend and I bought a ouija board and weve played quite a few times. We ask it retarted questions such as "is he cheating on me" or "when will I get married" and pretty much make it tell us what we want to hear. Its all in your head, but some crazy stuff has happened and its said some WEIRD things.. So IDK!
