  1. No it does not work.  What happens is after someone asks a question it starts to move but it really is someone that's touching the board.  They may not be trying to but with more than one person toughing it, it kinda moves.  I tried it at a party and every time a question was asked it went to the same thing.  This was because one of the people touching was moving it on purpose.  There was a joke that most of the people knew and they thought it would be funny to keep writing the same thing.

If you don't believe me think about this:

There is supposed to be a spirit that takes over the board and answers all your questions.  If a spirit really possessed the board than many murders would have been solved. and everyone would win the lottery.  The board only seems to be able to answer questions that don't matter and if a serious question was asked, like maybe it was asked to predict the outcome of an election the answer will change and it does not predict the right answer.

I think you could definitely try it even if you are Christian because the whole thing is just a way to make money its kinda like when little kids play fortune teller.

  2. Try watching a movie called "Witchboard", it's kind of old but it's about a girl who tries the Ouija board. It's pretty cool, to me it was creepy.

  3. Thats just stupid stuff.

Don't believe in any of that.

  4. Yes this does work in the evil way of the witchcraft, don't be tempted because you want to try it.

It scared me for life, when i was in 9th grade a year ago a couple of kids told me that it it would be fun,i didn't care at all i was like w/e it  did not work the first time because i really did not care about it.Then another time my friend got one so i tried it and it works only if you want it to to be honest. So then i asked it questions and it gave me false answers.then i got addicted and my mom had to throw it away and ground me then i made my own and it stoped answering my questions and talking to me.

  5. When I was in jr high,  my friends and I started playing with one.  It was funny cause I totally felt them moving it. They would ask it something then turn to see me to see if i was nodding my head. But I just played for fun. I told one of my teachers if he thought it was real. He gave me this awful look with watery eyes and said "never ever play that thing."  I wonder why, but I didn't want to ask him anymore.

  6. I am also Christian.

No, it does not work, and if you are christian you would know that, as ghosts and "spirits" are not real.

They were invented my a small company in England in the 1800's and Hasbro started making them, as they still do.

You are supposed to put your fingers lightly on the pointer, and ask a question, and then it will "supposedly" move to the letters / numbers to form the answer.

No, I do not know this from experience, I know it from a book I borrowed from the library on Religion.

  7. The people who use them make them work.  Have a look at these links for more information about them.

  8. If I said it really did work, and you believed it, wouldn't that be un-Christian? So what's the point of asking?

P.S. God won't punish you for being curious about the spirit world. Try it and see what happens- it's not a sin.
