U will need more than 1 wind mill and a very large bank of batteries. If there is no wind the lights will dim.

You should get a wind survey over at least a year to see if there is sufficient wind to make it worthwhile.   If there obviously is a steady supply of wind throughout the year, look into RenewableEnergyWorld.com    They sometimes have articles on different wind turbine manufacturers who you can find more info about on the web.
