Our Nicem casting machine has and error message "Undervoltage" and won't run anyone have similar problems?

It happens every year about this time of year and then stops in the winter then comes back. The manufacturer hasn't been able to diagnose it, anyone have any ideas?

humidity in the air? Does the problem disappear if you run a dehumidifyer for a few days? Or could be temperature. Test with airconditioner (will also dehumidify)

Sounds like an electric problem, so you'd better off in asking there. The manufacturer should tell you what the error code stands for and at least figure out if its an electronic or electric problem.

If you have more than one suitable outlet you could also try what using another outlet or electric cable results in.
