  1. As long as you're not charging for the food, you don't need a permit.  So if it's just to bring the community closer, No Worries! :)


  2. This might be better asked in the Travel-United States-Seattle section.... or in a legal area.....Won't they tell you, if you call City Hall?

  4. I would imagine if you called city hall you would get the right department and find out straight from the horse's mouth what is required.
