Geared up for the latter stages of the on-going ICC World T20 2012, Darren Sammy, the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/West-Indies-c760 captain, has claimed that the whole team is united and are keen to win the trophy for the people of the Caribbean.

The West Indies captain understands that his team is yet to unleash their full potential in the competition and hopes that the boys have saved their best for the event’s most important stage.
"We haven't had the best of the tournament, but we are in the semi-finals. It shows the belief that the team has and everybody is willing to go out and do the best for the fans," the all-rounder said.
The cricketer from St Lucia revealed that his team is eyeing victory in the tournament but they are taking just one match at a time.
"The motto when we left the Caribbean was one team, one goal and the mission is to win the Twenty20 World Cup,” Sammy added. "We have taken it step by step. We saw it as a 100 metre hurdle. We've got two more hurdles to jump to the finish line."
Taking into account the slow nature of pitches in Colombo, the West Indian hard-hitters will have to be at their very best to be successful against a potent Australian bowling attack in the semi-final.
