  1. Call the BBB(Better Business Bureau) Provides reports on businesses and charities to help consumers and donors make informed decisions, helps resolve consumer complaints, and promotes ethics in business.

  2. Call and report them.  But more importantly GET A REAL JOB

  3. You can only strike if you're in a union.

The minimum wage increase means only those making minimum wage get an increase. By law they have to pay that as a minimum. However if you make at least the amount that minimum wage is raising to, then you don't have to get a raise.

That's not really unfair, that's just life as an adult.

  4. Be happy that you still have a job!!!  Many companies that did follow the useless minimum wage increase have cut back on their work force due to the increase cost of wages.  Companies that have not cut back on jobs have just past the buck on to the consumer to pay for the increase in pay.

  5. keep your paycheck stubs and sue them

  6. Organize! Organize! Organize! Form a union or join a union like the IWW (Industrial Workers of the World) and fight. I did not mention corporate unions as they really only seek to serve the bosses rather than truly help working people! Once you form a union or even if you don't but get people together go on strike and make a visible presence with yourselves and maybe even members of the community and fellow workers at other shops or in other unions. Throughout history unions have fought and won for workers rights and freedom and it is time we all united under one big union and fought together as one and if we start building from each workplace and getting support from other workplaces and them getting support from other workplaces and networking and building real solidarity we can and will win!

For help organizing the IWW is happy and willing to help out as much as they can and if you are on the east coast there are a bunch of good people who are happy to do organizing trainings

  7. What you can do is strike. What you will do? Idk
