Our condom broke and I think it was during my ovulation

Question

My husband and I use spermicidal condoms.The 1st day of my last period was the 21st,and I have a 28 day cycle.We had s*x on the 3rd and the spermicidal condom broke and he ejaculated in me,does anybody know if the spermicide kills the sperm if the condom breaks?If not is there probably a real good chance that I could be pregnant?BTW I wouldn't be upset if I was!!

The spermicide in the condom is suppose to kill the sperm so that you won't get pregnant.  But still there is always a possibility, and until you know for sure, then I would recommend taking good care of yourself.
