Would like to make it really special and original, her 21st will be in the summer and will be attended by all ages.

Any suggestions on whether to make it a theme party or not, best time to have it afternoon or evening, entertainment in the form of music as well as keeping the guests entertained and having fun. Food suggestions would also be great, buffet, finger food or any other original ideas.

Make everyone dress in red or pink with dark bottoms.
