Our kittens were abandoned before their eyes were open, how soon can we deworm them? They are being bottle fed

The kittens can be dewormed as early as 3-4 weeks old. The best thing to do is to call your vet and don't dewormed at home using OTC meds. They also need to get a full health screen to make sure they are healthy and does not have any underlying medical conditions.

Kittens are wormed by weight. The best weight is about two pounds. If they are gaining weight don't worry till they are about five weeks old. Then get a wormer from the vet  and worm them.
