the easiest way to treat the yard is with the products that attach to the garden hose, any general insecticide will work fine...concentrate where the pet may spend time outside and in areas of constant shade... treating the pet with a product like frontline is a must

Well the first thing you do is call your nearest insect research centre as they'll want to know about fleas on a lawn. As it's unknown for fleas to live anywhere but on a living animal I think they'd want to know.
