  1. 'BROKEN ARROW' is a code word; In Army terms it means your unit is in immediate danger of being over run by a superior enemy force and you need immediate assistance from all available tactical air resources.  In Air Force terms it means that an aircraft carrying nuclear weapons has crashed or been lost and immediate recovery operations to recover these weapons are required.

I do not know what his intended message is or who he is directing it to; I highly recommend that you contact his V.A. counselor and any family members he might have...

  2. well if someone stole money this is a police matter - that's where you should start.

so, call the police and get the ball rolling on any criminal investigation.

i would next see about warning others about the theif, so that he can't do the same thing to others...

  3. You should ignore his call for Broken Arrow and call the VA or family members. It sounds like he is a little confused and may need the services of a mental health facility.

  4. Oh boy... that refers to a nuclear accident, or in some cases, a code for calling in an air strike on a friendly position... I'm thinking your neighbor needs to seek psych help... maybe a call to the local Police, let them initially assess if it is a threat, to himself, and others, and then they could commit him... he needs help.
