There should be a label, pasted to the extinguisher, with the details of the supplier and the date of expiry. It is the responsibility of the extinguisher supplier, to look after and refill the same, as he has to maintain a log book. Please verify the label carefully, get the contact details and approach them. They have to come and refill, and paste a new sticker, which should include the date of refilling and date of expiry.

If the label is torn ed, and if you fail to note the details, then ask your account people, to provide the details of the supplier. Yours being a Private Limited Company, the accounts people must be having the original bill and payment vouchers, where obviously all details are mentioned.
