Heritage and Values  are not some thing which can be easily lost , Yes there might seem some dilutions But with time things do change mostly for Better.

I have two daughters and do not see in their age any Big change than what we were in that Age.

It happens when a culture opens their doors to other cultures.  With all the media we have nowadays, it'd be hard to stop without serious resistance.  However, young Indian people will be curious to find out what it is about their heritage makes them wonderfully individual from everyone else and will begin to research what their original culture was, resurrect a lot of it, try to pass it on to their kids.  But cultural exchange and integration is inevitable when the general populous has access to the world.  One one hand, it is sad to see the dilutions & bastardization of a culture, on the other it's just the way can survive.  Change happens.  Indian culture is a strong culture, a unique culture, so I think a lot of it will continue on in some form or another.  The only way to stop change is to stop progress, to cut the country off from the outside world entirely--but then you won't grow.  Every culture goes through this struggle.

Of greater concern is the decline in standards across the board, especially where culture (any) and language (any) are concerned. It must be held true to our hearts that if we leave something to die, it eventually will. Please at least try to hold onto something, anything, or you will be lost. Good luck.

You seem to be a nubile teen who do not know what is INDIAN and what is CULTURE. Essence of Hinduism is "PARIVARTAN. We assimilate new ideas in to our culture. Other organised religions are rigid dnying slightest cahnge. So they would vanish and not we.
