feedback is confusing. i'm not certain of statute limitations, or impending costs to have our son's matter expediated. Our present lawyer seems to be rich in resources yet is not implementing the GO, GO, Go!!!

  1. That's a long time....I'd find another lawyer willing to take the case at this point.

  2. go on line to a lawyer re feral website, and find a lawyer who can help you with limitations.

  3. I would write a short 'polite' note inquiring as to the status,

If he blew the atatute of limitations, dont be surprised if his defense is that the case was worthless..

There are a small number of bad lawyers who mess up the rest,

    GOOD LUCK

  4. Confront him on the matter in a delicate way.  Ask him specifically if he has any intention to process this claim before the statute runs out.

    Good Luck!

  5. You can contact The Law Society of Upper Canada, they will advise you.
