  1. I have no clue what 'Unnikrishnan; A Member' is trying to tell you; it doesn't make sense.

Are you certain that the well has dried up and it's not the pump thats gone kaput?

It's difficult to know if your well will recover. The only one that can give you a an educated remotely correct assumption would be a hydrologist that specializes in the underground water tables/aquifer and it's routes.

There are to many factors to list in finding an answerer to your question. It depends on many things like how deep the well is, The condition of the aquifer Etc Etc.....

With all the building that's been going on and these Mc Subdivisions going up those community wells are taking so much more from the aquifers that the individual wells don't stand a chance.

    Hope youw water resumes

  2. It depends on the reason it dried up.  If the seasonal water table went lower than your well or you simply used the water faster than it could come into the well then the water will rise.  If it dried up for another reason, cave in, diversion of underground flow, etc., you may not get water again.   If it is a dry season problem you might try lowering the foot valve a bit, being careful to keep it off the bottom, of course.

  3. Seasons change, and you can be proud of your well during autumn. Also plant sufficient trees so that their fallen  leaves retain  water in the soil which during summer help to keep your well with water.  What else can we do?   U.K.Atiyodi, Kandangali,PAYYANUR
