Our xbox game got stuck in the xbox before we sent it in. Will they give it back??

Halo 3, a very expensive game that we don't want to buy again, got stuck in our xbox when it broke. So we sent it in and i was wondering if you could get it back even though they say no games should be in it.

If you let them know specifically that there is a game stuck in the drive, they'll get it out for you.  Otherwise, you may or may not get it back.  The game isn't 'very expensive'... it's the same price as any other game - $59.99

i don't know becuz i don't have any personal experience as my 360 only had the symptoms of rrod which meant i could open and close the drive

i think that if u told them that it was stuck, they will get it out or replace it for u

p.s. even tho its $60, its quite a bit of money to jsut lose

i only have 2 games cuz they cost so much-we're not all doctors or lawyers

Im sure they will. Why would they keep the game anyway.
