I am thinking the next chapter could show in 2 weeks to a month.  Maybe.  It might help if you take a look at when the previous chapters on both sites were put up and that might help you.  I think the scanners put the chapters up as soon as they can and it depends on when & who they receive their stuff from.

It isn't out yet, and probably won't be for another month or so. They only released chapter 63 a couple days ago so your in for a long wait. But the best site to read it at is http://www.onemanga.com/Ouran_High_Schoo... .
