Out In Chil is all set for the Dave Lawrance Golden Crest – Heat 4 at Poole
Leading the Dave Lawrance Golden Crest – Heat 4, due to being consistent and bouncing back into form lately, is Out In Chil.
The race will be hosted by Poole over a distance 450 metres on Tuesday, 26th June. Competing for the £150 prize money are Jacksadreamer, Riverdale Spiros, Pams Tomjo, Jennas Pony, and Droopys Boo.
Bit Chil’s three-year-old black and white son started racing during this season, and has been fairly successful through it.
He raced six times after drilling 250 metres on 7th April at Poole. Out of b***h, Miss Shauna, the three-year-old covered the distance in 15.13 seconds.
He finished as the runner-up in the next two races that followed the training. On 19th May, Out In Chil parked after the winner, Liscahane Joe, who clocked the 250 metres in 14.96 seconds, and defeated the runner-up by two lengths at Poole.
The very next attempt was on 22nd May at Poole over 450 metres. This time the three-year-old was left adrift only by a length, as Kingsmill Lotus won the race in 27.27 seconds.
Third race after training was another 450 metres race, which, Out In Chil, won on 29th May at Poole by a good nine and one-half lengths, and timed the distance in 27.02 seconds. Finishing the closest to the winner was, Tommy Gun, in second.
His straight second success surfaced on 5th June at Poole over 450 metres. He closed in on the distance in 27.01 seconds, and defeated the runner-up of the race, Hovex George, by six and one-half lengths.
The possibility of striking a hat-trick vanished into thin air on 9th June at Poole over 450 metres, when he finished fifth after racing for 27.13 seconds.
Bigwood Pearl dominated the race by reaching the other end of the wire in 26.83 seconds.
The P. Chatfield trained was quick to pull it back together, as he bounced back to win the Grade A1 450 metres race at Poole, with the winning time of  26.67 seconds by 1 ¼ lengths.
The 11 to 4 joint favourite runner up, Millridge Major, concluded the race in 26.77 seconds.
His victory tonight seems almost inevitable.
