Now that the Iraq President has insisted that EVERY US soldier be out by 2011, is it time for McCain to make other plans for his epic war? Perhaps Iran?

  1. no.he will take a page out of the bush hand book and say we have to stay until we find wmd's.

  2. Although McCain wants the war to last 100 years, if he gets elected he won't be president for 100 years to enjoy the carnage.

  3. Go back and read what he actually meant by that statement,The Obamites took it out on context like everything else they do

  4. PRobably. It makes Obama look correct about his position on Iraq, though.

  5. It goes to show you that we already have elected our new president....

What a great democratic system, huh!?

  6. McCain said until we win.  We have won.  It's tough for democrats to understand the concept of winning.  But to clarify, it's the opposite of losing, and with the democrats perpensity for losing you would think they would want to "change" that.

  7. Dear Numbnuts,

You like many other libs love to take that out of context. you see, When McCain said, he would stay till teh job was done, even if it takes 100 years, that means we stay till we win. Not that it WILL def take 100 years. not were going to surrender and Lose like the save the world, Kill a baby commie liberals want us to, but thanks for your concern of america. You dont put a time line on war, or it becomes a battle of who can wait each other out which makes it very dangerious for those troops that you idiots pretend to care about. you know, the ones that are out there protecting your right to posts anon on these types of boards?

    Sincerly

    The common sense police

  8. This is unfair, and the Iraq president did not say EVERY US soldier your making it up!    You know McCain is the better man!    We have to keep an eye on the loons in the MIDDLE EAST that want to kill us all!

  9. Did McCain say we would be at war for 100 years? Do you have a link? I seem to remember him saying we could have a presence in Iraq for 100 years, like Korea, Japan, and Germany, which would make perfect sense since soldiers died for that possibility, but I don't remember him saying anything about a 100 year war.

Please post a link and if what you say is true, I will vote Obama. I won't hold my breath.

  10. Ha ha...McCain, as you well know, didn't advocate and active war for 100 years.  How long have we been in Germany?  Japan?  Is there active war going on?  Don't think so.

  11. Iraq's President is saying that because he has an election coming up.

  12. If you belive not one military presence will be in Iraq after 2011, Obama  and the DNC is defiantly pulling your wool over your eyes...

Have a another glass of Kool Aid...

  13. I was going to answer this with facts, but I read the answers already posted and must say that "Cheek" summed up every thing I wanted to correct you on.

He has the best answer, hands down.  He even knows how to properly address you.

  14. Huh, McCain once quipped that he'd have the troops out by 2013, but he also wouldn't mind keeping them there for 100 years. I loved his rationale for that BTW, saying that we have soldiers in Germany and Japan and South Korea,  I forgot they love us in the Middle East as much as they do in Germany lol.

Sure we wouldn't be in a war like we aren't at war with those other countries right now, but the American soldier doesn't have to worry about being blow up in Kyoto or Berlin!
