Out of 10, how good is this fantasy football team?

I'm in an NFL.com fantasy football league. I had 4th overall pick in the draft.

Here's my team:

Starting Line-Up:

QB - Tomy Brady (1st Round)

RB - Laurence Maroney (4th Round)

RB - Willie Parker (Acquired by trading Thomas Jones)

WR - Braylon Edwards (2nd Round)

WR - Andre' Johnson (3rd Round)

WR - Bernard Berrian (7th Round)

TE - Kellen Winslow Jr. (5th Round)

K - Phil Dawson (8th Round)

D/ST - Vikings D/ST (6th Round)

Bench:

QB - Matt Schaub (9th Round)

RB - Rashard Mendenhall (10th Round)

WR - Isaac Bruce (Added by dropping Vincent Jackson)

TE - Benjamin Watson (12th Round)

D/ST - Cowboys D/ST (13th Round)

You should have targeted a better RB vs. a 2nd top WR.  There are a lot of good WR out there, besides they are harder to predict than a good RB.  I hope it works out for you .

It's great, the only real question is how well Bernard Berrian is going to produce this year. He has the skills, but not the best QB in Tarvaris Jackson. And honestly, I think Vincent Jackson is going to have a better year than Bruce....But other than that, you have a really good team.

I give you about a five decent TE's, number one overall QB recievers are marginal at best good kicker but two defenses?? and a sixth round pick wasted on defense is not good draft strategy in case you do another same with 8th round pick for a kicker you could have gotten some value wideouts there

I would say 6.5, Bernard Berrian is talented, but his Quarterback may not have the kind of year that would let him be a producing Wide receiver. Tom Brady Will most likely have another Solid year this year, With all the same offensive players surrounding him, but you have to put the factor in that it is a different Schedule this year. Laurence Maroney Is probably going to be the #13-15 Ranked Running back this year, But you have to put The already Prosperous offense he is on.  Willie Parker In My Opinion a Low Grade Running back, Yes he has had a few nice years, but he lacks consistency. Braylon Edwards is a very talented Wide Reciever, But the question for him is if Derek Anderson Will have a Good year like his 2007 one. I would consider trading him. Andre Johnson is Talented, but his recent Knee surgery which kept him out of the majority of the 2007 season is Reported to be creeping up on him again. I Would Offer him up and get a different Wide receiver, he is to risky. Kellen Winslow Jr. is a Med-Core Tight End,  There is a possibility he will be a major producer in the 2008 season, but for some reason i doubt that the Cleveland Browns including Derek Anderson will put forth enough Adrenaline to support him. Phil Dawson is Solid.. There is not much to say about the Vikings defense accept that They Have a Legit chance of Dominating their opponents offense this year, With the acquiring of Jared Allen, They will be a Defense to be reckoned with. Your Bench is a little Weak, But lets just hope your Quarterback does not get injured.  Hope this Helps, Sincerely, Calvin

7 out of 10. Your RBs are a little weak and so is your backup QB (although you shouldn't need him all that much). Maroney has 6 TDs last year and less than 1000 yds, he was also injured last year and could become a reliability much like Parker. Edwards and Johnson are solid at WR (don't know who said they were weak) and Berrian could be a suprise.

Always draft a kicker LAST!!

SO let me get this straight, you picked Tom Brady 4th overall instead of getting an elite RB? You could have (probably) had Joseph Addai or Steven Jackson, who this season will be way more valuable then any QB, including brady. Brady is only a good pick 7th overall or later, (if even then), once you are past the premier backs and into the RBBC's.

From what I'm seeing on your listing, you went QB- WR- WR with your first 3 picks. Which somehow left you with Maroney in Round 4. A good value pick. You must be in a small league. Thomas Jones and Willie parker are the same guy this year, with Jones probably ending up having more value once mendenhall starts poaching all of Parker's TDs. You took a kicker in the 8th round? are you insane? A kicker is your last pick, or near you last pick, by giving up your 8th round pick to a kicker, you probably lost out on a good wide receiver or running back.

it breaks down like this, great QB, great WR's except WR3, good TE, good defense. RBs are below average. Your depth is highly questionable everywhere but TE and QB.

I'd suggest doing some mock drafts and figuring out a better strategy.
