In the US, you can not study law as an undergraduate. You can not get your bachelors degree in law.

Law programs, in the US, are post-graduate programs. You can only apply if you already have a bachelor's degree.

That said, the states on your list with the best law schools are CA and NY. FL is not even close.

In CA and NY, the following law schools rank amongst the best in the US:

- Yale (CT) - it's near NY, so I list it

- Stanford (CA)

- NYU (NY)

- Columbia (NY)

- U Cal Berkeley (CA)

- UCLA (CA)

- Cornell (NY)

- USC (CA)

- Fordham (NY)

Those programs all rank within the top 25 of all law schools in the US. They are very good.

The best law school in Florida is University of Florida, Gainesville, which ranks around 50th on most rankings lists. A good law school, but not as strong as those above.
