Out of State learners permit restrictions??

Question

I ahve a Massachusetts learners permit....On the permit it is stated that I cannot drive out of state unless the state allows it....Does Maine allow drivers with a Massachusetts permit to drive in that state?? Please give me the exact link that you got the information from.... :) Thank you so much
