Out of all the national news papers in the UK, how many are actually in favour of the EU?

That's a hard one. The ones who aren't are the Daily Mail; The Daily Express; The Sun; The Telegraph; The Times etc.

Pro-EU papers include: The FT; The Observer;

They are all pro the EU. Some just write an 'anti-establishment' point becuase it sells more papers.

The EU is the biggest source of bad news no way would the papers encourage the public to vote to leave if the chance ever really came our way.

I think adam and vertise have got it right between them.

I am in favour of the EU (and in fact would like to see it go further and become "the united states of Europe), it just needs radical reform in its current state

To add to the answer above, the 'Guardian' and the 'Independent' are almost certainly in favour, not to mention most of the TV media, particularly the BBC.
