Out of all the tourist destinations in India, which is most overrated?

Everyone always asks about the good spots, but I think the disappointments and not-so-worthwhile places are good to mention, as well.

Are there any that you feel weren't as spectacular as the guidebooks claim?

Any sights that you thought were a complete waste of time?

Please say why it was disappointing.

you have asked a good question. when you sday about India it is divided as north India and South India .

As you know in North Taj mahal is still among the 7 wonders of the world . and there are varioes other s places which are of historical importance than any other country in the world.

Each hook and corner of India is worht seeing . This is the only country in the world talking multi languages and living in harmony.

The other part is South India , according to the  National Geographic  chanel  Kerala nicknamed Gods own country is  among the 10 best places worth seeing in the world.

Only a perrson visit India can see how beautiful it is .

the taj mahal looks good in photos but wen ur there the area around it is gross. plus u cant get that close to it.
