Out of body expirience..........what are your thoughts?

I have had them before. It's almost terrifying.

ALMOST terrifying??? It's never happened to me, but I don't discount them. If it DID happen, I'd probably wet myself...but the real question is, which body would do the wetting? The out of body one, or the actual body??

Have not yet experienced it. I wish i could read more about it from some where. But not this fictitious movie stories.

I like it and it feels so real that sometimes I open my eyes to make sure that I am still here.

I had a boy friend a few years ago who studied Transcendental Meditation. He meditated until he transcended the human experience and took a brief visit to the spiritual realm.

My dad had an experience when he had a reaction to a drug during surgery. He was on the ceiling looking down at himself.

I personally had a near death experience. It was great being in the white light. But horrible returning to the body.

My thoughts concerning this is that there is a rather thin veil between the body world and the spiritual world. Some people are wired to get their and others totally unable to even hope for the experience.

Some of the experiences are drug induced- others are mental-brain chemistry results. Others are mind over matter. Mine was that I was bleeding out and in to death Fortunatly I returned

I was wondering what brought you to the place of transcending?

Many years ago when I was much younger some friends told me about this.  They even said how it is done ( I forget now ) but what scared me most is sometimes you can't get back in time to re-enter your body and you are left  out forever. You die. I have never believed this, It is not possible.

Every man and women is born with a gene that allows a moment in time to see life out of body....... but like most of us we are slowly dying to the fact of what is reality and whats is fact....we are suppose to be able to do wonders things but as the nature of man pollutes this plant we are lost in our world of chaos.... I have had a couple but as the age gets me bond I find it hard to even dream......there are 3 billion man and woman that have this capability but are slowly dying

I have never tried on purpose to have one..but when it happens...I feel it, and then I get scared,,and so I have never gotten to have any fun with them, but what I did experience when I go "there" is that I am not alone. I don't really know too much about them, I just know what I have experienced..I didn't think it was age related..maybe it just takes practice?

    maybe I should look into that?

I had one last night...brought me to tears....and no I didn't almost  die....  :)
