Out of breath!! Do you play sports?!?

When im running for a long time, then finish, I end up out of breath!! What do i do to get my air back! I feel like i can't breathe! Any tips!?

  1. DO NOT sit down or lie down. Keep walking around slowly while putting your hands behind your head. This allows your lungs to take in more oxygen to recharge your muscles, and also prevents them from going cold once you stop exercising.


  2. Practice practice practice. Eventually, your body will get used to the activities, and you won't feel out of breath.

  3. breath in thru ur nose, and out thru ur mouth like ur breathing out a straw. do this while walking after ur done running.
