Out of state college ???

is it possible to open a PO box in a different state before going to college there to not have out of state tuition?

  1. No, you have to have proof of permanent residence there for at least a year.


  2. Nope, many have tried to get out of this... and all have failed.  Also, be aware that even living in that state for a year doesn't necisarilty make you a "resident"... just so you know.  If you cross the state line to go to college, plan on paying out-of-state tuition for the duration of your college career.
