Out of the norm premonition

Quick insight here. I have been having premonitions for a while now. And they are pretty literal. I don't have them all of the time. I haven't quite learned how to control them i guess you can say. For instance, one night i had this horrid dream of lots of people dying. A little while later, China had all those disasters. The most freakest one for me yet, is i had a premonition of this road i have never been down. On this road, a horrid catastrphy had happened. This had stuck with for the better part of 2 days. I couldn't shake it. On the 3rd day, i had to take my daughter to an appointment which was 2 hrs away. On our way home. We saw one of the biggest fires i have ever seen. Here to find out it was a salvage yard, it took the fire department almost a day and a half to put it out. Well, quite a few months later, my husband decided to take me on a back road on our way home from a graduation. We got to this certain point that i had seen in my dream, and i made him get the h**l out of there. Maybe a half mile down that same road was the salvage yard that had burt down.

So now i've got a premonitions that is way out of the ordinary. In this premoniton i end up having twin boys. I didn't know that i was pregnant, so therefor my husband delivered the babies. One boy was healthy and good size. The other was tiny and very sick. I wake up when he starts to cry. I figured that this was one of those premonitions that was not to be taken literally. Figured it pretained to a close friend of mine who was having twins her self. Though we all knew that she was having girls by this time. I had concluded myself that it ment that she was going to go into labor before her scheduled induction date, that one baby was going to be boy, and one was going to not so healthy. Boy was i way off on that one. She just had, two very healthy baby girls, both good sized and she held in til her induction date.

Now i'm very confussed on this premonitons. I know the difference between a dream and a premonition, and this was for surely a premonition.

Does anyone have any insight on this one?

  1. Are you sure you know the difference between a dream and a premonition? Good if you do but easy to start to think everything is a premonition. Easy to think I'm reading someone's mind just because it often happens that way. Why do premonitions come to you anyway? Isn't it facinating? Sometimes scary but facinating how we tune in. My suggestion is to practise more and more 'tune-in' techniques. By that I don't mean that your goal is to have more premonitions. It is about spiritual development of which the premonitions may be a mere 'side-effect'. Anyway I hope someone comes up with some good websites about this. Also it is not good at all to get into the habit of expecting the worst which can be a side effect of premonitions.. Try to expect positive outcomes. That is a law of life. Maybe your experience here was to teach you that. You expected a negativity for your friend. Try to expect the positive. Because our subtley expecting negativity for another can have a subtle negative effect. Want to talk more about spiritual development? I'm contactable.
