  1. The contest is totally skewed by Pav.  That guy is awesome.

I reckon that he is probably the best forward in the competition, and a loyal team player and Captain to boot - he's no ship jumper when the chips are down unlike some Victorian's we could mention but won't.

WCE have got some talent coming through, but the lack of a structured and consistent midfield for both teams has really held them back this year. But I bet both teams will have been pleased with how their rookies have developed.

  2. Can't go past LYNCHY who else can kick a goal from 60, 70 or even 80 meters?!?

    Thats right no one!

  3. I would have to say, Fremantle. firstly they scored around 300 point more for than West Coast; (1988 to 1670).

Matthew Pavlich is a star, and Kepler Bradley filled in well for him when he was injured.

West Coast don't really have a good forward (Ben McKinley will be in a few years though). both sides have bad midfields so that cant come into the argument.

Had Fremantle won all of the games they lost by 10 points or less (they lost all 8 of these) they would be 14 wins and sitting 4th on the ladder.

  4. Freo by far, now it will be even better without the wizz there.

  5. Chuck Norris!

  6. Freo definitely have a more experienced forward line, so I would have to say them. West Coast will be better in a few years, with players like McKinley in their forward line-up.

  7. at this point freo

  8. It is killing me to admit this, but Freo - just! You couldn't really say a whole lot better as they finished up next to each other way down the bottom of the ladder. Time they stopped thinking Pav is going to save the day on his own and find another target. Shame Medhurst didn't start playing properly til he moved on....

    EDIT: ASterix; What the???

  9. The eagles forward line has improved immensely this season because it is filled with younger players (due to injury to senior players) and there has been an imense hole in it because quinten lynch has gone to the midfield (he has been fantastic and defently gathered some browlow votes wile doing so) and ash hansen was injured for most of the season, as was wirrapanda & hunter. Which opened the door for young talent such as LeCras & McKinley, these boys will evolve into some of the best forwards in the next 2 or 3 years. plus west coast have mark seaby who can mark in a pack which is good.

At the moment yes, fremantle do, with the likes of Bradley, Pavlich etc. but west coast are improving to be one of the most powerful forward lines in the competition.

  10. pav on his own is one of the best forward lines in the league!

west coast's will come good though, with lecras, mckinley, kennedy, combining with lynch, hansen and wirra thats a formidable forward 6
