  2. my hot tub

  3. If this is a homework question it might be best to place it in that area. The answer is obviously (a). Latitude merely refers to a particular area of the planet, which has no impact on global temp or climate. Changing biomes can change climate, so does heat transport and obviously the climate was vastly different when there was only a single land mass, Pangea. Even small features like mountains affect rain and snowfall patterns.

  4. a)latitude

will affect the local climate where you are.

all the others will actually affect the global climate.

b)[distribution of] biomes; e.g.  forest will absorb CO2 rather more than desert.

c)transport of heat; e.g. degree of transfer of heat from air to water, and mixing of levels in oceans are important variables in climate modelling

d)shape and elevation of land mass; e.g. ice ages started when north and south america joined changing ocean currents.
